* Please inform your esthetician of any medications, health conditions, light therapy procedures, or OTC products that may have a thinning or photosensitive effect of the skin. Facial treatments will not be conducted within a 2 week minimum time frame after cosmetic injectables.

Please closely shave prior to your appointment and avoid UV radiation and sun exposure before treatment. The closer the shave, the more effective the laser session will be. Sessions are scheduled in 4-8 week intervals. Avoid all laser hair removal methods that remove the hair from the follicle for a minimum of 6 weeks before laser session (waxing, plucking, threading, hair removal creams.) Discontinue use of retinoids for a minimum of 5 days prior to treatment. Limit forms of deep exfoliation for a minimum of 5 days prior to treatment. Check if any medications you are using or have recently used cause skin photosensitivity.

AFTER: avoid UV radiation and sun exposure for a minimum of 1 week post treatment. Wear and reapply sun protection cream to all lasered areas once sun exposed. Avoid saunas, hot baths, hot tubs, and general heat for as long as redness persists after treatment. Avoid exfoliating post laser if redness or irritation is present. Keep the lasered areas well hydrated with moisturizer. Avoid vigorous exercise the same day as your treatment.

Do not touch the skin with water, products, or makeup for 24hrs after treatment, no exfoliation, for 1-2 weeks. Avoid sun exposure, saunas, hot rooms, and tanning beds during this rejuvenation period. Expect the skin to be red and sensitive immediately after treatment, lasting throughout the day. Skin will be rough and textured with “grid-like marks” for 1-2 weeks. Keep your skin hydrated during this period, with hydration serums, moisturizer, and SPF. Results may vary.

Do not touch the skin with water, products, or makeup for 24hrs after treatment, no exfoliation for 1-2 weeks. Avoid sun exposure, saunas, hot rooms, and tanning beds. Expect the skin to be red and sensitive immediately after treatment. Skin may appear red and sensitized, with visible flaking for 1-2 weeks. Keep your skin hydrated during this period, with hydration serums, moisturizer, and SPF. Results may vary.

Stop using retinoids 1 week prior to appointment. Avoid all forms of UV exposure for 1 week prior to treatment. Avoid all forms of exfoliation for a minimum of 5 days prior to treatment. Inform your technician of any photosensitizing medications before treatment.

Expect skin to be red after treatment, lasting throughout the day. Hyperpigmentation may scab and darken, lasting 1-2 weeks. Avoid all forms of exfoliation while redness or scabbing persist. Avoid all forms of UV exposure for a minimum of 2 weeks. Keep skin hydrated.

Do not exfoliate 48 hrs prior to appointment. Stop all retinols or topical medications 1 week prior to appointment. Expect induced peeling 2-4 days after your appointment, this may last up to 2 weeks. These peels are designed to treat the skin from within, so if visible peeling does not occur it does not mean your treatment was not successful.

Avoid other forms of exfoliation for 1 week following treatment, or while redness or peeling persists. Keep skin hydrated throughout the peeling process. Use hydrocortisone-based cream if experiencing inflammation or irritation due to rapidly increased cell turnover. Wear SPF DAILY!

Avoid hot rooms, steam rooms, excessive exercise, and sun exposure after your appointment as they may cause irritation and sensitivities.

Avoid picking at or tugging at any peeling or flaking skin. Let the skin slough off naturally as it's meant to.

Do not exfoliate 48 hours prior to appointment. Stop all retinoids 5 days prior to appointment. Get excited about your treatment to come, it really is an industry super-treatment with proven skin boosting benefits.

It is normal to look quite "normal" after a Morpheus8, with the exception of treatments involving the resurfacing tip. This is because Morpheus8 works deeply within the skin's levels. Avoid all active ingredients for 1 week post treatment. Active ingredients include retinoids, Vitamin C, AHAs, BHAs and prescription topicals. Use a gentle cleanser like Illuminating Gel Cleanser 2x daily, followed by a moisturizer and sun protection cream (in the daytime). Wear SPF DAILY!

Avoid touching your face or aggravating it in any way.

Avoid hot rooms, steam rooms, excessive exercise, and sun exposure after your appointment as they may cause irritation and sensitivities.

As a result, depending on the requirements of applicable privacy laws, our collection and processing of your personal data is based in different contexts upon your consent, our need to perform a contract, our legal or regulator obligations, and/or our legitimate interest in conducting our business.

Their use of your information is not governed by this privacy policy.

  • Service Providers. We share your personal data with service providers. Among other things, service providers help us to administer and maintain our websites, send communications, provide technology solutions at counters in our stores, conduct surveys, assist with customer service, provide technical support, process payments, provide ant-fraud services, manage regulatory alerts or notifications, provide marketing solutions, assist in order fulfillment, and organize events.

  • Social Media Platforms and Other Third-Party Services. Some of our websites contain certain features such as widgets, buttons, content, or other similar services that are provided by third parties (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and/or Pinterest). As a result, your personal data may be processed in a foreign country where privacy laws may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Nonetheless, where possible we take steps to treat personal data using the same privacy principles that apply pursuant to the law of the country in which we first received your information. By submitting your personal data to us you agree to the transfer, storage and processing of your information in a country other than your country of residence including, but not necessarily limited to, the United States.

All data transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations relating to the protection of personal data. You should notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.

VII. How long do we retain your personal data?

Typically, we retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, the purposes for which we obtained the information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as applicable legal requirements.

  • Access to Your Personal Data You may request access to your personal data, including a copy of your personal data, by following the instructions described in the CONTACT DETAILS section below.
